Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Designer with 3+ years of experience in commercial office interiors in Pune.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and selling office interior projects, with a strong understanding of workplace planning, corporate fit-outs, office furniture, lighting, materials, and interior finishes.

You will be responsible for meeting prospective clients, understanding their workplace requirements, preparing office layouts and design presentations, coordinating with estimation and execution teams, presenting commercial proposals, negotiating, and closing projects. You should be comfortable handling the complete sales cycle for commercial office interior projects while building solid relationships with corporate clients,



architects, PMCs, and workplace consultants in Pune.

Candidates with an existing network in Pune's commercial real estate, corporate, or interior design ecosystem will be preferred.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial office interiors in Pune.
- Experience in designing and selling corporate office fit-out projects.
- Good understanding of workplace planning, office layouts, furniture, lighting, materials, and finishes.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Experience in preparing proposals, BOQs, and commercial presentations.
- Ability to coordinate with design, estimation, and project execution teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
