Job Summary

PNR Lakshmi Silks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and monitor marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, increase showroom footfall, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in retail marketing, event management, digital marketing, campaign execution, vendor coordination, and customer engagement activities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and festive marketing plans.
- Plan marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and sales targets.




- Identify new opportunities to improve brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend creative marketing strategies.

Campaign & Brand Management
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, showroom events, anniversary celebrations, festive offers, exhibitions, and customer engagement programs.
- Coordinate ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing activities.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels.
- Oversee showroom branding, visual merchandising support, signage, banners, and promotional materials.

Digital Marketing
- Coordinate social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Work with designers, photographers, videographers, influencers, and digital marketing agencies.
- Monitor digital campaign performance and optimize marketing activities for better engagement and reach.

Event Management
