Job Description:
Job Purpose

To provide legal support to the unit by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, managing legal documentation, handling litigation matters, and mitigating legal risks while safeguarding the organization's interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, vet, and maintain contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, commercial, environmental, labor, and industrial laws.
- Coordinate with external legal counsels on litigation, arbitration, and legal proceedings.
- Monitor ongoing court cases and maintain records of legal notices, claims, and disputes.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to various departments on business and operational matters.
- Support land, property, licensing, and regulatory compliance-related activities.
- Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments for contracts, projects, and business transactions.




- Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and legal agencies as required.
- Track changes in laws and regulations and advise management on their implications.
- Maintain legal databases, case trackers, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Skills & Competencies
- Solid knowledge of Indian corporate, contract, labor, and industrial laws.
- Contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Legal research and analytical abilities.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
