Job Description – Graphic Designer (Experiential Events)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in experiential marketing, events, exhibitions, retail, and brand activations. The role involves conceptualizing and designing event branding, environmental graphics, event collaterals, and marketing creatives while working closely with client servicing, 3D, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design event branding and visual identities for launches, conferences, festivals, exhibitions, and brand experiences.

Create stage backdrops, entrance arches, photo opportunities, kiosks, bars, experiential zones, and environmental graphics.

Develop event collaterals including invitations, standees, signages, wayfinding, menus, badges, lanyards, wristbands, brochures, certificates, and merchandise.

Design social media creatives, digital invitations, emailers, presentations, and campaign assets for event promotions.





Adapt brand guidelines across multiple event touchpoints while maintaining visual consistency.

Work closely with 3D designers to ensure seamless integration of graphics into spatial environments.

Prepare production-ready artwork with a solid understanding of print specifications, materials, fabrication, and installation requirements.

Coordinate with production vendors and printers to ensure accurate output and quality control.

Support ideation by creating mood boards, visual references, mock-ups, and presentation layouts.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelines.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in an experiential marketing agency, event agency, exhibition design firm, or branding agency.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
