About the role

Prachar Group is building a recent venture in the nutraceutical CDMO space and is looking for a senior operating leader to help shape, build, and scale the business from the ground up. The COO role is typically responsible for translating the founder’s strategy into day-to-day execution, building operating systems, and overseeing business operations to drive efficiency, growth, and long-term sustainability.

This role is suited for a leader who combines plant, manufacturing, and commercial understanding with the ability to build systems, teams, and execution discipline in a high-growth environment. Strong

COO and operations leadership roles commonly include production oversight, process

improvement, supply chain management, compliance, capital planning, and performance management.

Key responsibilities




- Lead the setup and scale-up of the new nutraceutical CDMO venture from an operations and business-build perspective.
- Drive end-to-end plant operations, including manufacturing, quality, maintenance, supply chain, warehousing, and production planning.
- Work closely with founders to translate business strategy into plant readiness, operating plans, hiring

priorities, and growth milestones.
- Establish systems for plant performance, utilization, productivity, cost control, and operational excellence.
- Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams across operations, quality, engineering, procurement, and production.
- Oversee capacity planning, process discipline, inventory control, vendor coordination, and customer delivery readiness.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to nutraceutical / food supplement / pharma manufacturing.
- Support customer onboarding, technical discussions, and scalable execution
