About the Role
We're looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to own our end-to-end SEO strategy and lead a team of SEO specialists. You'll be responsible for client strategy, campaign planning, team coordination, and delivering measurable organic growth results across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding - gather business information, target locations, target audience, and competitor insights for new SEO projects
- Manage access to client website, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile
- Define website structure, URL structure, navigation, and content strategy in collaboration with the team
- Oversee keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits conducted by the team
- Set up and manage Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and GBP verification
- Supervise website launch activities — sitemap submission, indexing, crawl error checks, and tracking verification
- Review and approve weekly and monthly SEO reports before client delivery
- Assign,



monitor, and review daily/weekly/monthly SEO tasks across the team
- Present strategy, performance updates, and recommendations directly to clients
- Stay current on Google algorithm updates and evolving SEO best practices
- Mentor and train junior SEO team members

Requirements
- Proven experience managing SEO campaigns end-to-end
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and local SEO (GBP)
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, and keyword research tools
- Experience managing or mentoring a team is a plus
- Excellent client communication and reporting skills
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
- 2-3 years of experience needed

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
