Position Summary

The Legal Associate will support DKMS Asias legal function by managing end-to-end contract processes, ensuring compliance, and maintaining robust documentation standards. The role involves drafting and reviewing standard agreements,



administering the contract lifecycle, and maintaining an accurate, audit ready legal repository. The incumbent will also track regulatory developments, support legal documentation and reporting, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and well-governed operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management & Drafting

• Utilize established organizational templates to draft, evaluate, and negotiate standard legal instruments, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Vendor Agreements, Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Administer the full contract lifecycle, proactively managing timelines for execution, renewal, and expiration.

• Maintain the centralized legal repository, ensuring all documentation is systematically archived and readily accessible for audit purposes.
