About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team. In this role, you will guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide accurate information about educational programs, and support applicants from enquiry through enrolment.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a UK-based education company, providing valuable international exposure in a professional and collaborative environment.

Work Schedule
- Work From Office: 5 continuous hours between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Work From Home: 3 continuous hours between 8:30 PM and 2:30 AM
- Total Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, admissions, and study options.
- Contact and follow up with prospective students via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable educational programs.




- Guide applicants through the complete admission and documentation process.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update application status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students and provide excellent customer service.
- Meet individual and team admission goals while maintaining quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Counselling, Student Recruitment, Inside Sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Candidates with exceptional English communication and counselling skills may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM systems.
