Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Hyderabad branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, managing branch operations, developing high-performing sales teams, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch revenue and profitability by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand the customer base in the Hyderabad region.
- Lead, mentor,



and motivate the branch sales and support teams to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers, OEMs, partners, and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate enterprise and commercial sales.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely closure of opportunities.
- Review sales forecasts, business performance, and branch profitability on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, operations, and HR teams for seamless business execution.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
- Recruit, train, and develop branch employees to improve performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting requirements, and operational procedures.
- Represent the organization during customer meetings, industry events, and partner interactions.
