Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated CSR Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and documentation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and social impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating CSR and social impact projects.
- Support quality assurance activities to ensure projects are effectively implemented and sustainable.
- Monitor project progress and maintain proper documentation and reports.
- Assist in measuring project outcomes, impact, and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with partners, NGOs, volunteers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Support the planning and execution of project activities to achieve desired outcomes.
- Assist with proposal preparation, fundraising activities, and donor-related documentation.




- Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and impact documentation.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project locations as required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Education & Experience
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field.
- 23 years of experience working in CSR, social impact, NGO, community development, or related areas.
- Experience in project coordination, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder management, or social development projects will be an advantage
