- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in retail operations/management
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Experience in inventory control, sales tracking, and store operations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability

- Oversee end-to-end store operations and performance
- Manage team productivity, scheduling, and coordination
- Monitor sales, inventory, and financial reports
