Singhania International Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant Packing Supervisor – Export to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor export packing operations to ensure timely dispatch and adherence to quality standards.
- Possess sound knowledge of export packing processes for industrial fasteners.
- Ensure proper identification, packing, labeling, palletization, and documentation of finished goods.
- Prepare and verify packing lists, pallet details, carton markings, and related export packing documents.
- Maintain accurate packing records and update data in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch departments for smooth material flow.
- Effectively manage manpower, allocate daily work, monitor productivity, and maintain shop-floor discipline.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, international packing standards, and company procedures.
- Monitor packing material consumption and maintain proper inventory records.
- Follow 5S,



safety practices, and continuous improvement initiatives within the packing department.

Key Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in packing and dispatch operations.
- Solid knowledge of different grades, standards, sizes, and identification of industrial fasteners.
- Hands-on experience in export packing, pallet packing, packing list preparation, and shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and computerized record management.
- Excellent manpower management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch schedules with high accuracy.
- Preference will be given to candidates having experience in the fasteners industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
