Walk-In Interview

Key Responsibilities

- Review architectural drawings, tender documents, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for façade systems, including:
- Unitized Curtain Wall
- Semi-Unitized Curtain Wall
- Stick Curtain Wall
- Spider Glazing
- Structural Glazing
- Aluminium Doors & Windows
- ACP Cladding
- Louvers, Canopies & Skylights
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings using AutoCAD and estimation software.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, sealants, ACP, and other façade materials.
- Conduct material cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
- Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, Sales, and Project Execution teams for technical clarifications.
- Prepare project budgets and cost comparisons.
- Analyze tender risks, exclusions, and assumptions.
- Ensure estimates comply with client specifications, company standards, and project requirements.
- Maintain estimation databases, cost records, and historical project data.
- Participate in client meetings, pre-bid meetings, and technical discussions whenever required.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of façade systems and building envelope solutions.




- Expertise in quantity surveying and cost estimation.
- Excellent understanding of aluminium profiles, glass specifications, hardware, and façade accessories.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Ability to read architectural, structural, and shop drawings.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders within strict deadlines.

Technical Skills

- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
- MS Office Suite
- Bluebeam/Revu (Preferred)
- PlanSwift or similar quantity take-off software (Preferred)
- ERP Software (Preferred)

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

- 3–8 years of experience in façade estimation.
- Experience in commercial, residential, institutional, and high-rise façade projects.
- Solid understanding of aluminium, glass, ACP, and curtain wall systems.

Preferred Knowledge

- Tendering procedures and contract documentation.
- BOQ preparation and quantity surveying.
- Vendor pricing and procurement processes.
- Value engineering and cost optimization.
- Building codes and façade industry standard

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
