Eligibility:

Graduates from 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-out batches Freshers only (No prior full-time work experience required)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer interactions professionally through voice support.
- Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.
- Adhere to quality, compliance, and service standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.




- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with empathy.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Team player with good collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualification:

- Any Graduate (BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BCA, MBA Freshers)
