Salary
- Freshers: 19,000 CTC per month + Incentives
- Experienced: 21,000 CTC per month + Incentives

Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to banking products and services.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Follow banking process guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Achieve assigned quality and performance targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and data handling.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline ( except B. tech )
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Relevant customer service/banking experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Candidates should be comfortable with 6-day working.
