Position: Relationship Associate
Channel: Axis Bancassurance
Location: Multiple Locations
CTC: Up to 4.0 LPA
Age Criteria: Up to 32 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Axis Bank branch staff and customers.
- Generate life insurance business through the assigned Axis Bank branches.
- Identify customer financial protection needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and assist in policy closures.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and post-sales support.
- Coordinate with bank stakeholders to drive insurance business growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking, BFSI, Insurance, Financial Services, or Sales.
- Age: Up to 32 years.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.




- Presentable personality with customer-facing experience.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Sales and business development aptitude.
- Team collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Basic knowledge of life insurance products and financial services.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in Banking, Life Insurance, General Insurance, NBFC, Mutual Funds, or other BFSI segments.
- Proven track record in sales and relationship management.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-centric approach.

Salary: Up to 4.0 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
