Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales and retention.

- Identify current business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling insurance products.

- Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets for bancassurance sales.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong understanding of life insurance products and their applications.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
