Mandatory Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Workday HCM.
- Hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM and Recruiting.
- Knowledge of Business Process Configuration and Security.
- Experience in Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields.
- Exposure to EIB, data loads, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Knowledge of Supervisory Organizations and Staffing Models.
- Experience in HR operations, onboarding, job changes, and employee data management.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
