Customer Service Executive (Female) Caf Kiosk (Airport Location)

Job Summary:
We want to hire a smart, good-looking, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Female Customer Service Executive for our caf kiosk at the airport. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer care and the highest level of hospitality, ensuring every customer has a pleasant and memorable experience.

Roles and Responsibilities
Welcome customers with a warm smile, positive body language, and courteous attitude.
Take orders accurately and serve customers efficiently
Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally
Maintain excellent customer relations and service standards
Ensure kiosk cleanliness, hygiene, and visual appeal at all times
Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions
Promote menu items, combos, and special offers
Follow Airport safety, security, and food service guidelines

Qualifications
Experience in caf©s, KIOSK or F&B; retail at any Terminal of Delhi International Airport services is essential
Minimum qualification: 12th Class High School, Graduate preferred
