- Provide high-quality patient care as a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) in various settings, including emergency medicine, general medicine, pediatrics, and surgery.
- Assist senior doctors during surgeries and procedures to gain hands-on experience.
- Participate in ward rounds, clinics, and other hospital activities to ensure smooth functioning of the healthcare facility.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment plans, medications, and test results.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience as an RMO or equivalent role.
- Solid knowledge of medical practices and protocols related to emergency medicine, general medicine, pediatrics, and surgery.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
