Roles & Responsibilities Spanish Language Voice Process

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Spanish, ensuring professional and effective communication.
- Assist customers with their queries, requests, complaints, and service-related issues in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, bookings, orders, or account-related concerns.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow defined SOPs, scripts, processes, and quality guidelines during customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in the CRM/system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate team as per the escalation matrix.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, AHT, CSAT, and other process KPIs.




- Demonstrate strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills while handling customers.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout every interaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards, and client requirements.
- Participate in process training, refresher sessions, and performance improvement programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Spanish language proficiency is mandatory for this role, along with valuable English communication skills.
