Job Title: Communication Trainer

Location: Marthandam Flyover, Nallur, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Communication Trainer to help individuals improve their verbal and written communication skills. The trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, enhancing confidence, and developing interpersonal skills among candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on spoken English and communication skills
- Improve candidates' grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
- Help trainees build confidence in public speaking and presentations
- Design training materials, activities, and assessments
- Monitor and evaluate trainees' progress regularly
- Provide feedback and personalized guidance
- Conduct mock interviews and soft skills sessions

Required Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Positive knowledge of grammar and vocabulary
- Presentation and training skills
- Interpersonal and mentoring ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, online training tools)
