This company is a fast-growing packaging company specializing in self-adhesive labels, shrink sleeves, HDPE containers and premium packaging solutions for FMCG, liquor, dairy and pharmaceutical industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the companys overall marketing and branding strategy.
- Drive business growth by generating high-value B2B leads across India and international markets.
- Build comapany into a premium packaging brand.
- Create and execute digital marketing, LinkedIn, website, SEO, email marketing and content strategies.
- Plan product launches and marketing campaigns for new products and innovations.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers at leading FMCG, liquor, dairy and pharma companies.
- Lead market research, competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Sales, Design, Technical and Operations teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and industry events.




- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Manage annual marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI on marketing investments.

Qualifications

- MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in packaging, printing, labels, FMCG or manufacturing.
- Proven track record of scaling brands and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, CRM and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred Experience

- Packaging, labels, flexible packaging, printing or allied manufacturing.
- Experience working with FMCG, liquor, pharma or dairy companies.
- Exposure to export market development.

Candidate must be female with excellent experience in the printing and packaging industry as an BDM only
