Job Description
We are hiring International Voice Process Executives for our Gurugram location. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions over international voice calls.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
- Meet defined process KPIs such as AHT, CSAT and FCR.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines and compliance requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in an international voice process.
- Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
- Excellent verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
- Candidates comfortable with rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
