Job Requirements :
- 15-25 years' experience in FMCG industry with a strong background in operations or project management.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects from initiation to execution.
- Solid understanding of P&L; management principles and ability to develop effective business cases for new initiatives.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in mentoring junior team members.
