Selling membership/subscription plans for the Bharat Matrimony application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and follow up on assigned leads
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages
- Explain product features and advantages of Shaadi packages
- Build strong relationships and trust with customers
- Achieve sales targets and maintain quality standards
- Encourage customers to upgrade or renew their matrimony plans
Eligibility:
- Minimum 1 year experience in BPO industry (with documents)
- Graduate candidates can apply [Diploma - 3 years of Course]
