- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for US-based healthcare facilities.
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and communication skills.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Update clients on hiring progress and candidate pipeline status.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of candidate records in the recruitment database.
- Build and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals for future hiring needs.

Required Candidate Profile

- Graduation (Any Stream)
- Good English Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Must be comfortable working in Night Shift (US Timings)
