Role & responsibilities

- Lead complex end-to-end Oracle Cloud EPM Account Reconciliation consulting projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable cloud-based reconciliation solutions.
- Design, configure, build, test, and deploy Oracle ARC/ARCS solutions.
- Act as a functional and technical subject matter expert for Oracle Account Reconciliation.
- Work directly with clients as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery.
- Lead and mentor technical/functional team members and junior consultants.
- Manage project activities, timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Provide expertise in data management, transaction matching, and reconciliation models.
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and monitor solution performance.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and recommend long-term improvements.
- Demonstrate strong project management, thought leadership, and executive presence.
- Support business development activities and contribute to client strategy.
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates with robust functional + technical Oracle ARC/ARCS expertise.




- Candidates who have independently led multiple full-cycle implementations.
- Strong client-facing and consulting experience.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior consultants.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, US-time-zone environment.

Required Qualifications

- 510 years of consulting or relevant experience.
- Proven experience leading 5–6 full-lifecycle Oracle Reconciliation (ARC/ARM) implementations.
- Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM Account Reconciliation (ARC/ARCS).
- Strong experience with:
- Account Reconciliation
- Transaction Matching
- Reconciliation Models
- Data Management
- Oracle Cloud EPM

- Strong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen, thought leadership, and executive presence.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
