- Manage day-to-day operations during assigned shifts.
- Supervise, train, and motivate crew members.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle cash, billing, and shift closing activities.
- Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in the QSR/F&B; industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, cash handling, inventory management, and food safety standards.
