Job Description: FlexPLM Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled FlexPLM Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in product lifecycle management (PLM) systems in retail domain, specifically FlexPLM, and will be adept at analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective techno functional solutions. The FlexPLM Business Analyst will play a critical role in enhancing and optimizing our PLM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Have 15+ years of deep and broad business process understanding and operational experience in core retail functional areas like Forecasting, Merchandising & Assortment Planning, Material, Color, BOM, Costing, Vendor Management etc., preferably in fashion industry.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to FlexPLM.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for improvements and optimizations.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to develop solutions.
- Configure and customize FlexPLM modules to meet specific business needs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and test plans.
- Assist in the design and implementation of FlexPLM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)



and coordinate with stakeholders to validate and approve solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of FlexPLM.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring transparent communication and understanding of requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, suggesting improvements as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest FlexPLM features, industry trends, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in PLM environments with a focus on FlexPLM.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) principles and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and customizing FlexPLM solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including business process diagrams and technical specifications.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
