- Assist customers and understand their diamond/jewellery requirements.
- Explain product features, pricing, and lab-grown diamond advantages.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Ensure proper product display and store standards.
Requirements:
- 12th / Graduate preferred.
- 13 years of retail sales experience preferred.
- Jewellery, fashion, luxury, or premium retail experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales orientation and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
