- Manage daily last-mile delivery operations.
- Coordinate and monitor delivery executives/riders.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments.
- Track delivery, RTO, and undelivered shipment performance.
- Monitor rider attendance, productivity, and daily targets.
- Handle customer and delivery-related escalations.
- Ensure proper shipment scanning and system updates.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare daily MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Drive team performance and ensure smooth functioning of the delivery center.
