Job Description

We are looking for an energetic US IT Recruiter with 1-4 years of experience in US staffing. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for US-based requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, availability,



and work authorization.
- Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with the recruitment/account management team to fulfill requirements within deadlines.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and meet recruitment targets.
