Job description for Sr. PROJECT ENGINEER / PROJECT MANAGER
(job location - Thane & Mumbai)
* B.E. / Diploma Civil engineer from Mumbai university
* Experience of 7-12 years with Developer in Residential & Commercial projects
* Should have knowledge of site execution from inception till handover which shall include MEP services.
* Well versed with AutoCAD, MS office, ERP softwares.
* Preferably staying around Thane / Mumbai.
* Age not more than 45 years
* Valuable communication and negotiation skills
