We're Hiring: Bid / Tender Executive — ABU Construction, Nagpur
ABU Construction is a 35+ year specialist in industrial and thermal power plant O&M; and works contracting, serving Mahagenco power stations across Maharashtra — Koradi, Khaperkheda, Bhusawal, Chandrapur and more.
We're looking for an experienced Bid/Tender Executive to own our tender pipeline — from tracking NITs on Mahagenco's e-procurement portals to preparing fully compliant technical & commercial bids and managing EMD/BG submissions.
What we need:
• 3–6 years' hands-on experience specifically in PSU/government e-tendering — power sector strongly preferred (Mahagenco, NTPC or GEM)
• A proven track record you can speak to in specific tenders you've personally handled
• Working knowledge of EMD/SD/BG mechanics and statutory documentation (GST/PF/ESIC)
