Client is looking for strong OSS testing profiles ones that have the ability to test the Network OSS apps that they are building. Primary focus is this. Automation is secondary.
5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, with proven delivery leadership in enterprise programs.
Hands-on network OSS testing is a must.
Hands-on expertise in Python development, including script design, coding standards, code reviews, and optimization.
Solid experience in automation solution design and implementation across testing, operations, or business process automation.
Working knowledge of Agentic AI / AI-driven automation frameworks, including AI agents, orchestration, and workflow automation concepts.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of 5 10 engineers, ensuring technical quality, productivity, and timely delivery.
Experience in architecture reviews, troubleshooting, and technical governance for automation initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder communication and requirement understanding skills, capable of translating business needs into scalable automation solutions.
