Job Description:

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other channels.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.

- Manage offer, joining and pre-employment documentation.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS.

- Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations

- Manage employee onboarding, induction and documentation.

- Maintain employee records and HR databases.

- Handle attendance, leave and employee-related queries.

- Coordinate confirmation, transfers, promotions and exit formalities.

- Support payroll inputs and monthly HR MIS.

- Training & Development

- Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records.

- Support induction and departmental training activities.

- Assist in identifying training requirements and tracking effectiveness.

- Employee Engagement & R&R;

- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.





- Support Rewards & Recognition initiatives.

- Address employee concerns and coordinate with respective departments for

- resolution.

- Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure proper maintenance of statutory and HR records.

- Support HR audits and compliance activities.

- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

- Assist in implementation and communication of HR policies.

- Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

- Graduate degree in any discipline.

- Required Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication.

- Good interpersonal and employee-handling skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

- Knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems will be an advantage.

- Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations.

- Robust documentation and analytical skills.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities independently.
