Road Cargo Movers is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 2 3 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities, billing entries, and data entry. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of basic accounting processes and be comfortable working with financial records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial data entry.
- Prepare and maintain billing entries and invoices.
- Enter and update accounting and transaction-related data accurately.
- Maintain proper records of bills, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Verify billing details and ensure accuracy of entries.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable-related activities.
- Maintain daily transaction records and update accounting systems.
- Reconcile basic accounting records and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare basic reports and statements as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing and payment-related information.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting and data-entry activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of billing and accounting entries.
- Good data-entry and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Tally / accounting software will be preferred.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidential financial information.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
