Role Purpose:
The Academic Coordinator for Secondary Education will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of teaching and learning at our institution. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee curriculum and lesson plans that align with educational standards and foster student engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers to assess instructional methodologies and provide ongoing support for classroom management.
- Implement student engagement strategies to enhance learning outcomes and promote active participation in the classroom.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor academic progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate career development workshops for educators to strengthen their teaching practices.
- Act as a liaison between faculty, parents,
and administration to ensure effective communication and support for student needs.
- Utilize educational technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

Requirements:
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
7-10 years of experience in an educational setting, preferably in a coordination or leadership role.
