We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the overall marketing function and drive brand visibility, demand generation, customer acquisition, and business growth. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially minded marketing professional with strong expertise in B2B marketing, go-to-market strategy, and building scalable marketing engines.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with business, sales, product, and leadership teams to develop marketing strategies aligned with revenue and organizational objectives. You will be responsible for shaping the brand narrative, strengthening market positioning, creating demand, and establishing measurable marketing programs that contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall B2B marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Define market positioning, messaging, value propositions, and differentiated brand narratives.
- Build and execute demand-generation strategies across digital, content, events, partnerships, and outbound channels.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to develop campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline.
- Develop account-based marketing strategies for high-value enterprise prospects and strategic accounts.
- Lead brand-building initiatives to strengthen market awareness, credibility, and customer trust.
- Oversee content strategy across websites, thought leadership, case studies, presentations, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and marketing automation.




- Develop integrated marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness against business and revenue objectives.
- Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards, attribution models, and reporting mechanisms to measure ROI.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer research to identify emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and business teams on go-to-market strategies, launches, and market expansion initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, and external partners effectively.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team with clear goals and accountability.
- Continuously optimize marketing programs based on performance data, customer insights, and changing market dynamics.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with significant experience in B2B marketing and senior marketing leadership.
- Proven track record of building and executing successful B2B marketing and demand-generation strategies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise customer journeys, complex sales cycles, and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Demonstrated ability to connect marketing activities with pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes.
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and integrated campaigns.
- Strong expertise across digital marketing, content, brand, events, demand generation, and marketing operations.
- Experience working closely with sales, product, and executive leadership teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and market insights to make strategic decisions.
