About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. The role requires a strong technologist with business acumen who can understand complex business requirements, translate them into scalable technical solutions, and deliver production-grade applications across the full stack.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across different technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and using modern AI-assisted development tools to work efficiently across evolving technology stacks.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across front-end, back-end, and database layers.
- Work across multiple technology stacks and leverage AI-assisted tools to quickly adapt to new languages and frameworks.
- Understand business requirements, workflows, and user needs before developing technical solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify gaps in requirements and recommend technically sound and commercially viable solutions.




- Lead the technical design and architecture of new features and systems.
- Drive best practices across software design, security, testing, observability, and maintainability.
- Design and manage databases with focus on performance, scalability, data integrity, and security.
- Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and third-party services.
- Own end-to-end quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify and address security vulnerabilities in line with OWASP and secure coding practices.
- Contribute to CI/CD, deployment automation, production monitoring, and incident management.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of production issues and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain documentation for systems, APIs, technical processes, and architectural decisions.

Skills Required

- Strong full-stack development and software architecture skills.
- Proficiency in one or more backend technologies, including PHP, with the ability to work across different languages and technology stacks.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with at least one up-to-date front-end framework such as React, Vue.js, Angular,



or equivalent.
- Strong experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
- Working knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, or other NoSQL technologies is an advantage.
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, code reviews, and PR-based development.
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, secure coding practices, and application security.
- Exposure to CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a product and business-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
- Proven experience delivering production systems end-to-end, from requirement gathering and architecture to deployment and monitoring.
- Experience working with scalable, production-grade applications and modern software development practices.
- Experience collaborating directly with product and business teams to translate domain requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience taking technical ownership of modules, features, or applications will be an added advantage.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
