Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute testing activities

• Provide valuable insights for product enhancement

• Contribute to requirement gathering sessions to ensure alignment with customer needs

• Validate the accuracy and integrity of financial data, transaction records, and reporting mechanisms

• Develop and execute test cases to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and governance frameworks

• Participate in requirement gathering sessions, contributing domain expertise to translate business needs into actionable testing strategies

• Proactively identify opportunities for test automation and collaborate with Team Leads and automation engineers to develop and maintain automated test scripts

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance,



with a focus on Business Functional Testing tailored for USA clients

• Solid expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and best practices

• Experience in Audit domains specific to the USA market is highly desirable

• Solid understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the USA

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Desirable Skills:

• Post-graduation degree in Finance, Auditing, or a related field

• Prior experience in software testing preferred

• Familiarity with test planning, execution, and defect management tools

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
