As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Participate in the development and improvement of operational processes to enhance service delivery.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with evolving technologies and industry best practices.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting server environments including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of system security principles and patch management.
- Ability to work with various tools for monitoring and diagnosing server performance issues.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical problems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
