In the role of an IT Customer Service Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery and smooth operation of IT production systems and services. This includes actively managing incidents, investigating issues, and coordinating efforts to restore services promptly during outages. The role requires continuous monitoring and collaboration with various teams to ensure minimal disruption and maintain service quality throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of IT service disruptions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks to prevent outages.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience in managing data storage, retrieval, and optimization within cloud-based data warehouse environments.
- Solid analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions and improve system performance.
- Familiarity with data security and compliance standards relevant to data warehousing.
- Effective communication skills to document processes and interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
