About the Role
We are seeking an
experienced Data Architect to design and drive the architecture for
enterprise-scale
data products built on AWS and Databricks. This role owns the
technical
vision for how data
is ingested, modeled, governed, and served across the organization,
enabling analytics,
reporting, and AI/ML use cases.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own
the end-to-end data architecture strategy for AWS and Databricks
Lakehouse.
Design scalable
medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) patterns and data models.
Architect
solutions using AWS services and Databricks components.
Establish data
governance, security, and access control frameworks.
Define standards
for data quality, observability, and lineage.
Guide
engineering teams on CI/CD, pipeline design, and optimization.
Required Skills &




Experience
10+ years in
data engineering/architecture roles.
Strong hands-on
AWS expertise (S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, Redshift, IAM, Kinesis).
Databricks
experience: Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, DLT, Workflows, Auto Loader.
Solid data
modeling and governance knowledge.
Experience with
CI/CD, observability, and performance tuning.
Good to Have
Databricks
certifications.
AWS
certifications.
Data Mesh
experience.
GenAI/LLM and
MLOps exposure.
Experience in
regulated industries.
Education
Bachelor's or
Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related
field
