JD-Role Description / Responsibilities
QMS, Incoming and Process Quality
1. Development and implementation of Quality Control Plans, procedures, quality
policies to assure continuous improvement of the Key business processes.
2. Managing IQC, Process Quality, NPI, Transition and Localization projects in ISC.
3. Improve and sustain FPY for all the production lines. Take lead on corrective
actions to improve FPY.
4. Coordinate Problem solving initiative with all cross functional team members.
5. Run RPS (Rapid Problem Solution) System, sustain process NCRs closure TAT
also share weekly dashboard of NCRs.
6. Customer complaint investigations using 8D methodology for concerns related to
mfg.
7. Prepare BIQ plans and drive the BIQ audits.
8. Review implemented Poka-yoke and identify engineering control during audits,
review Quality alerts on production lines.
9. Monitor and minimize Mfg. COPQ, regular MOS to achieve the desired goals.
10. Monitor and Minimize MRB, Regular MOS and follow-up for the closure of
actions.
11. Work on proactive approaches to minimize the supplier related issues. Weekly
MOS and follow-up for the closure of actions related to on-going supplier issues.

Be a part of productivity and digitization projects.
13. Closely work on Capex projects, initiate- forecast- get approval and implement
capex projects.
14. Carrying out 5S, and Kaizen activities for continuous improvement.
15. Participate in definition of Quality Criteria and assure their compliance in
production areas.
16. Drive QCI across site and build in culture of Quality Circle @ the site with regular
Quality circle events.

17. Participate in 4 external competitions and win 2 awards minimum.
18. Seek the elimination of waste caused by Quality Problems, applying lean
manufacturing techniques and statistical tools.
19. Ensuring timely coaching to the team as and when needed for delivering day to
