Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Gurugram. The Performance Marketer will plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as search, social, display, and other digital platforms to drive qualified leads and revenue.



Daily responsibilities include managing campaign budgets, monitoring performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, and improving conversion rates across the funnel. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams to refine audience targeting, messaging, and landing page performance. The Performance Marketer will also analyze campaign data, prepare regular performance reports, and recommend actionable strategies to support Bytescare’s growth objectives.
Qualifications

Robust performance marketing skills, including paid search, paid social, and display advertising.
Hands-on experience with campaign management tools, analytics platforms, and A/B testing.
Ability to interpret data, track key metrics, and optimize campaigns for ROI and CAC.
Knowledge of funnel optimization, landing page testing, and conversion rate improvement.
