Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Business Development Manager – Educational Tours and Immersion Programs. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities with schools, colleges, training institutes, and corporate learning teams for educational tours,



immersion programs, and industrial visits. Responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, presenting tailored tour solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts aligned with company standards. The Business Development Manager will coordinate closely with operations and travel planning teams to ensure programs are well-designed, secure, and aligned with educational objectives. The role also includes market research, participation in education and travel events, pipeline management, and regular reporting on sales performance and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
