Leads deployment and effectiveness of a broad range of HR processes, programs and initiatives within designated geography across all businesses and functions. Delivers solutions to enhance employee experience, drive efficiency, and are compliant with local legislation and company policy
Key Responsibilities
3-6 years of relevant experience -
Responsible for first line employee and manager inquiry support, ensuring responses are provided in a timely, high-quality manner, and are aligned with HR policies and knowledge.
Coaches employees and managers on all employee lifecycle activities including inquiries on HR processes, programs and initiatives to deliver enhanced experiences and offer always on support (e.g. compensation, performance, onboarding, current hires, separation, disciplinary and other HR processes).
Resolves conflicts and provides coaching and counseling on employment matters
Provides seamless end-to-end solutions considering local languages, working times and optimal delivery mode for the geography / sub- geography needs.
Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders including employees, managers, and internal HR teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the region for a geography.
Delivers support to employees and managers through defined channels (e.g. onsite / call) to efficiently execute processes and advise on human resources policies and procedures.
Ensures consistent and effective delivery of HR processes and data management in alignment with overall human resources objectives.
Ensures delivery is in accordance with established standards and in adherence to HR policies and procedures; monitors legislative compliance and takes action to ensure all requirements and agreements are met within the geography.
