Role Description:
The Regional Sales Director will lead Enterprise and Government sales and business development for IntelliDB Enterprise across Mumbai and Western India. The role focuses on building strategic customer relationships, identifying and converting enterprise opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and positioning IntelliDB as a preferred enterprise PostgreSQL platform. The role requires a target-driven,



proactive sales leader with strong enterprise technology sales experience and the ability to engage senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
Own regional sales strategy, pipeline, and revenue targets.
Develop enterprise and BFSI accounts across Mumbai and Western India, including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, and Dadra and Nagar Haveli & Daman & Diu.
Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through solution positioning, PoCs, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
Build strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, CXOs, and other senior stakeholders.
Work with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams on demonstrations, PoCs, campaigns, events, and customer engagements.
Develop key accounts and drive recurring and expansion business.
Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline visibility, and sales forecasts.
Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.
Represent IntelliDB at industry events, partner meetings, and customer
